The ED-IPC1220 is an industrial-grade computer based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module CM0, featuring a 1GHz quad-core 64-bit Arm Cortex-A53 processor, 512MB SDRAM, and optional 8GB or 16GB eMMC flash storage. For multimedia processing, it supports H.264/MPEG-4 video encoding and decoding at 1080p@30fps, while being fully compatible with OpenGL ES 1.1/2.0 graphics processing standards to meet industrial visualization needs.In terms of industrial interface configuration, the device offers rich I/O interfaces on the front panel, including one RS485 serial port, 8 digital inputs (DI) and 8 digital outputs (DO) with 3.75KV isolation protection, 2 voltage analog inputs (ADV, 0-10V) and 2 current analog inputs (ADA, 0-20mA) with 12-bit resolution and 3KHz sampling rate, as well as one 10M/100M adaptive Ethernet interface. The rear panel features a Nano SIM card slot (for 4G functionality) and one Type-C USB interface (supporting eMMC flashing). The side panel includes one USB 2.0 Type-A interface, one RS485, one RS232, a power interface (supporting 9V-28V wide voltage input), and two optional SMA antenna connectors (for 4G and Wi-Fi/BT).For wireless communication, the ED-IPC1220 provides flexible optional configurations: 2.4GHz Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 5.0 dual-mode modules, as well as region-specific 4G CAT1 modules. A built-in RTC (Real-Time Clock) with a 1F supercapacitor backup.Mechanically engineered for industrial environments, the product boasts a compact metal enclosure with a net weight of approximately 435g, supporting standard DIN rail mounting for easy deployment.
