ED-GWL2110 is a robust outdoor IoT gateway designed by EDATEC to provide reliable connectivity for various IoT applications.

Engineered to withstand harsh outdoor environments, this gateway is enclosed in an all-aluminum alloy casing that offers excellent waterproof, moisture-proof, insect-proof, and lightning-proof characteristics.

It is based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4), which ensures a high level of integration and flexibility for different use cases.

At the core of ED-GWL2110 is a BCM2711 4-core ARM Cortex-A72 1.5GHz 64-bit CPU, which delivers powerful processing capabilities.

The system memory can be configured with options up to 8GB of RAM, and it supports dual micro SD cards for the system and storage expansion, with options up to 64GB.

The gateway also features a standard HDMI port for video output and a Gigabit Ethernet port for wired connectivity.

Wireless communication is well-covered with dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0, compliant with IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ac standards.

For outdoor communication, a 4G/LTE module is supported, ensuring that outdoor equipment can upload and download data effectively.

The device also includes a GPS module that supports multiple satellite systems, facilitating precise positioning.

ED-GWL2110 features a SATA interface specifically for a LoRa module, supporting various frequency bands.

It also has a watchdog module to prevent system freezes and enhance operational stability. An onboard encryption chip on the I2C bus further ensures the security of the device's information.

For reliable operation, the gateway includes an RTC module powered by a CR1220 button cell. An independent button and an RGB LED provide additional functionality and status indication.

The device is powered through a POE supply ranging from 40V to 57V and is designed to work in temperatures between -25°C to 60°C.

ED-GWL2110's dimensions are 195(L) x 195(W) x 65(H) mm, and it comes with a cast aluminum waterproof shell that meets IP65 waterproof grade standards.
