High Performance, Precision in Every Detail

EDATEC innovatively integrates high-performance computing directly into the camera, powered by the Rockchip RK3588 platform. The system features a quad-core Cortex-A76 CPU with clock speeds of up to 2.4 GHz, and is configurable with up to 8 GB of LPDDR4 memory and 64 GB of eMMC storage.

The AIC3100 is equipped with a 12-megapixel high-resolution sensor and supports frame rates of up to 70 fps, enabling precise capture of fine details in high-speed motion. Featuring a standard C-mount lens interface, it offers flexible compatibility with a wide range of lenses and focal lengths.

EDATEC innovatively integrates high-performance computing directly into the camera, eliminating the need for an external industrial PC. This highly integrated design significantly improves deployment flexibility and, without compromising core camera performance, reduces the procurement and maintenance costs of industrial PCs and related equipment such as GPUs, network switches, and cabinets.

Easy-to-Deploy Operation, Smart Inspection Within Reach

A single AIC3100 can replace the traditional setup of an industrial PC, PLC, and gateway, dramatically simplifying deployment and operation. The camera features a compact body measuring 85 mm × 60 mm × 108.9 mm and weighing approximately 400 g. Its bracket-style mount allows flexible integration into existing production lines without taking up valuable space.

Designed for the complexities of industrial applications, the AIC3100 features a fully industrial-optimized hardware design. Its industrial-grade blue aluminum alloy housing not only provides robust structural integrity but also effectively protects against dust and water ingress, preventing device malfunctions caused by environmental factors.

The AIC3100 demonstrates exceptional environmental tolerance, with a storage temperature range of -4°C to 60°C, an operating temperature range of 0°C to 45°C, and support for 5%–90% non-condensing humidity. It can operate reliably even in extreme scenarios such as high-temperature workshops and low-temperature storage facilities.

Compatible with the Raspberry Pi Ecosystem for Hassle-Free Customization

The AIC3100 fully supports Raspberry Pi OS and leverages Raspberry Pi’s mature hardware and software ecosystem. Developers can directly reuse numerous open-source libraries and development tools to quickly implement customized functions using Python, C++.
