The REIMEI1 is a compact and affordable single board computer designed to cater to a broad spectrum of applications, from IoT and industrial uses to creative projects. This SBC is built around a 12nm Amlogic S905X4 quad-core Cortex-A55 processor, which operates at a speed of 2.0GHz, coupled with an ARM Mail-G31MP2 GPU.
This graphics unit is capable of supporting advanced graphics standards such as OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.0/1.1, and OpenCL 2.0, making the REIMEI1 suitable for graphic-intensive tasks.
The board offers multiple RAM options, including 1GB, 2GB, or 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM, and a range of on-board eMMC storage options from 4GB to 32GB, allowing users to choose a configuration that best fits their needs. It also supports a dual bootup solution using both a micro SD card and the on-board eMMC.
For video output, the REIMEI1 is equipped with an HDMI 2.1 port that supports resolutions up to 4K at 75Hz, complete with CEC, HDR, and HDCP 2.2 support. It also provides CVBS (composite video) output for broader compatibility.
The video decoding capabilities of the REIMEI1 are extensive, supporting a variety of codecs and formats, including AV1, VP9, H.265 HEVC, and more, with the ability to handle 4K video at 60fps.
