1. Custom Design
Q: What is the MOQ for custom design?
A: The MOQ of hardware optimization is 500pcs, since we don’t need to redesign the board, 500pcs is an economic quantity for manufacturing, if the quantity is less, the cost per unit will be higher.
There are no MOQ for pure software development, the software development is only based on our own hardware products.
The MOQ of complete custom design is 5Kpcs.
Q: How do you charge the custom design services?
A: We only charge the tooling cost for hardware optimization. We will charge the development cost for software development and complete design. Please contact our sales contact for a quotation.

2. Delivery
Q: How do you ship the products to the end customers?
A: We are building our distributor network globally, we encourage you to contact our local distributor to place the PO, that will simplify the process and save the freight cost.
Normally we ship the goods by international carriers like DHL, UPS & FedEx, you can chose the different services level, such as 4~5 days express, 10~15 days economic air and 25~30 days economic shipment.
The price we quoted is based on FOB Shanghai term, we only charge the freight service at cost.

Q:What level of technical support you could offer?
A: We provide the technical support by email & chat, we may offer the technical support by telephone if some critical technical issue can’t be resolved by email or chat. Our technical support engineer can speak good English.
